DEVOURER’S SCEPTRE
When you kill Knight Bernahl at the at Warmaster’s Shack, in Limgrave. It is very close to Stormveil Castle.
You can also get it later on in the story, when you reach Volcano Manor in the western Altus Plateau. Help him on the quests he sets until he disappears again. Then he’ll invade you at Crumbling Farum Azula, where you’ll have to kill him to get his legendary weapon.
