How to Unlock the New GTA Content: Criminal Enterprises
One of the biggest content updates of the year has just arrived to GTA Online. The Criminal Enterprises summer update is now available, and with it an array of new content.
Agent ULP has heard talk of a new large-scale criminal conspiracy and is convinced that the Duggan family and the FBI are behind the dizzying hikes in the price of fuel.
How to unblock Operation Paper Trail missions

The latest GTA Online update features a new IAA mission for players to sink their teeth into. Called Operation Paper Trail, this mission has players go undercover to figure out why fuel prices are skyrocketing in the city.
As with most IAA missions in GTA Online, Operation Paper Trail begins with Agent ULP calling you to begin the mission when you’re ready.
So, wait for his call to start the mission, then pick up, listen to what he has to say, and go to the starting point of the mission, which will appear on your map. This starting point is in the IAA building in Los Santos.
However, what can’t be predicted is how long it will take before the agent contacts you. Some players have to wait between 20 minutes and an hour. An easy way to bypass this wait time is to go to the IAA building and wait for another player who’s received the call to invite you to join the mission.
The first mission you’re assigned in Operation Paper Trail is up to you and your party members. You’ll have to complete all Operation missions anyway, regardless of order or timing.
Once a mission is complete, players will have to wait for Agent ULP to call them back or they can go to the ‘U’ marker on the map.
There are six Operation Paper Trail missions as follows:
Intelligence
Counterintelligence
Extraction
Asset Seizure
Operation Paper Trail
Cleanup
These six missions will have you perform different tasks such as jamming signals or driving a vehicle while avoiding enemies. Each of the missions will earn you a varying amount of GTA$ and RP.
How to get the two new weapons

The Criminal Enterprises, the latest update for Grand Theft Auto Online, features a whole range of juicy additional content. The sweeping summer update brings with it a host of new missions, vehicles and of course, new weapons. There are two new weapons available in GTA Online.
Precision Rifle
The Precision Rifle is a bolt-action, long-range shooter, which comes with a small magazine. You can buy it for $427,500 at F. Clinton and Partner if you’re playing as Franklin. It’ll cost you a pinch more than that at Ammu-Nation, at $450,000.
For now, it looks like the Precision Sniper can’t be modified or improved. However, it can be painted different colours.
M16

The M16 is a collectible divided into 5 parts that you must find.
To get the full M16, you have to find all 5 parts of the weapon, which are scattered rather randomly across Crime Scenes South of Town. The 5 parts of the M16 are the barrel, magazine, receiver, sights and scope.
These components can be found at 10 possible Crime Scenes, which you can see in the map above.
